Signature Appearing in Plain Text on Microsoft Outlook for Mac

Before You Begin

Please ensure that you are using the correct signature and that you followed the steps on setting up your email signature. 

If it Appears Abnormally on New Emails

1. Select "Outlook" on the menu bar on the top of the screen, followed by "Preferences." 

   

2. Select "Composing" in the window that follows.

   

3. Under "Format and account," check the box entitled "Compose messages in HTML by default." 

   
   

4. Your new emails should appear normally when being composed. 

If it Appears Abnormally on an Email Reply

1. Click on the "Reply Button." 

   
   

2. Select "Options" on the top of the window, then change the "Format Type" to "HTML." 

   

   
   
   

3. Select "Message" on the top of the window, then scroll over until you see the "Signature" dropdown. Select your Salem Signature from the dropdown. 

   

4. If all is performed correctly, your signature should appear in its normal state.
