Phone Extension Directory

We have rolled out a feature with our new phone system that allows you to search for people in a directory that is built-in to your phone. This new directory feature updates as we add new extensions and change names on old extensions. 

Using the Directory

1. On the idle screen of your phone, select "Directory" if on a Yealink phone, or "LDAP Directory" if on a Grandstream phone

2. Begin typing the name (first or last) of the person who you would like to call

3. Use the arrow key to select the person that you would like to call, then press "send."
