Printing with Dymo Printers on KeepnTrack Software

Before You Begin

Ensure that you have the latest Dymo software installed from KeepnTrack. Also, ensure that the printer is turned on and plugged in. You will know if it is turned on via the blue light on the front of the printer near the feed button. 

Setting Up Printing

  1. Visit the Salem KeepnTrack portal, then select "Attended Kiosk"


  2. Sign in, then select the settings icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen, followed by selecting "Workstation Management" 

  3. Select "Printers" on the sidebar

  4. Ensure that under "USB Printer Options" the "USB Badge" and "USB Slip" are set to "LabelWriter 400/450" 

  5. Select "Station" on the sidebar 

  6. Under "Camera and Printer Settings" dropdown, select Printing, then ensure that all the fields are set to "Always Print"
