Before You Begin

Make sure that you know your email password. If you do not know it, you will not be able to set it up! Also, there are two different setups depending on the version of Mac that you have. I have both of them in this guide, please follow the one that looks more similar to the prompts that you are seeing.

Setup on Mac Mail

Open System Preferences on your Mac and click on "Internet Accounts"

Select "Exchange" on the sidebar.

Note: If you are not on the latest version of Mac OS, this will look different than if you are using the latest Mac. Please look at both guides and see which one looks more similar to the version that you have.

Latest Mac Update

Type in your email address in the dropdown that appears immediately after you select "Exchange"

Click "Sign In," then select "Sign In," again.

After that, a small window will drop down asking your for your password. Type in your password in that window and click "Sign In."

After you have clicked "Sign In," another dropdown will appear allowing you to choose what you want to sync to your computer. You can choose these however you prefer, typically I choose Mail and Calendar.

Then you are done!

Older Versions of Mac

Type in your email address and password in the dropdown that appears immediately after you select "Exchange"

Click "Continue" on the next screen that appears.

Under "User Name," enter your email address again and click "Sign In." Click continue again, if prompted with a similar prompt to the last screenshot.

Once you get to a screen asking for an Internal and External URL, enter the following:

Internal URL: outlook.office365.com

External URL: outlook.office365.com

After you have clicked "Sign In," another dropdown will appear allowing you to choose what you want to sync to your computer. You can choose these however you prefer, typically I choose Mail and Calendar.

Then you are done!
